A wonderful stay with a fabulous host! Our sea-facing room was spacious and comfortable, offering a warm welcome and luxurious amenities. Luxurious opulent room with expansive sea view balcony. Extensive breakfast options, including English breakfasts and eggs benedict, made mornings memorable.
Shower water pressure on the low side caused minor inconvenience. Smaller bathroom sink hard to access due to space limitations. Some might find the location a bit distant from central attractions.

seaside gem in Eastbourne 🌊☀️
From the moment we arrived, Gaynor made us feel like proper chommies. The brekkie was unreal—honestly the best we’ve had, with so many options to choose from! Our room, all done up with a sea view and even a cozy sofa, made the stay feel super special.
Only thing was that the shower could’ve had a bit more oomph in the pressure department, but nothing major!
